Refund and Returns Policy

At Amelie’s Style, all products provided through our platform are fully digital educational materials. These include, but are not limited to, downloadable guides, structured learning programs, video lessons, illustration templates, reference files, and supplementary resources designed to support creative development. No physical goods are shipped. All content is delivered electronically, and access is granted immediately or shortly after a successful purchase.

Due to the digital nature of our products, once access to a guide, course, or learning material has been granted, the product is considered delivered and consumed. Digital content cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, as it can be stored, duplicated, or accessed repeatedly after delivery. For this reason, we operate under a strict digital goods policy and generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after a purchase has been completed. This approach protects the intellectual property of our materials and ensures fair use of educational content.

We recognize that certain exceptional situations may occur, and we are committed to reviewing legitimate technical or transactional issues. A refund request may be considered only under specific circumstances. These include situations where a technical malfunction on our platform prevents access to the purchased materials and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. Refund consideration may also apply if a duplicate payment was processed for the same product due to a payment system error, if the wrong product was delivered because of a system malfunction, or if digital files are corrupted, incomplete, or technically unusable and cannot be replaced with functioning versions. Additionally, if a payment is successfully processed but access to the product is not granted and cannot be restored, the case may be reviewed.

Refunds are not provided for reasons unrelated to product functionality. These include, but are not limited to, a change of mind after purchase, lack of time to complete the course, changes in personal circumstances, loss of interest, preference for a different teaching style, misunderstanding of the product description, or expectations not aligned with the information presented on the product page. Because our materials are informational and skill-based, outcomes depend on personal effort and practice, and dissatisfaction with personal progress is not considered a valid reason for a refund. Refunds are also not available if the buyer has accessed, downloaded, streamed, saved, or otherwise used the digital materials.

To request a review, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for evaluation. The message must include the order number, the email address used during purchase, and a clear and detailed explanation of the issue. Supporting materials such as screenshots, screen recordings, or error descriptions may be requested to help us investigate the situation accurately and efficiently.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the policies and procedures of your payment provider or financial institution. Once a refund is issued, access to the purchased materials, including all associated files and course environments, will be revoked. Continued use, sharing, or distribution of materials after a refund is prohibited.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. We also reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected misuse, abuse of the policy, unauthorized sharing, or distribution of course materials. Attempts to copy, resell, redistribute, or share our digital content without permission violate our terms and may result in permanent restriction of access to our services.

By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge that you understand the digital nature of the products, accept that access constitutes delivery, and agree to this Refund and Returns Policy in full. Your purchase confirms that you have reviewed the product descriptions and understand the format and structure of the materials provided.
